The judge investigating Oltra opens a secret separate piece after the request of a popular accusation

VALENCIA, 27 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The Court of Instruction number 15 of Valencia, which investigates the alleged cover-up of the sexual abuse committed by the ex-husband of Mónica Oltra to a minor under guardianship, has opened a separate secret room after the request of the popular accusation exercised by Gobierna-TE, which He had requested the contribution to the cause of the emails from the Generalitat server of two senior positions in Equality at the time of the events.

This is agreed in a car, to which Europa Press has had access, prior to the resolution on the proceedings requested by this accusation and of which it transfers to the Public Prosecutor to report on the origin or not of carrying them out. The partial secrecy of the proceedings is established for a month.

The popular accusation had requested the practice of diligence to identify the members of the Vice President's Cabinet at the time of the investigation --which affects Oltra and 14 other senior officials and technicians in the department he directed--, as well as regarding the participation of its members in the events, through the contribution to the cause of the email communications from the public servant of the Generalitat in relation, now, with the general director of Infrastructures and Social Services, Enrique Alcocer, and the then Autonomous Secretary for Equality, Alberto Ibáñez.

The request is made when considering that Oltra's statement as investigated "has opened the need for factual clarification in the face of the evident argumentative contradiction that has been revealed" with his statements as a public authority made in the Valencian Corts. The prosecution wants to know the participation in this case of the people mentioned by Oltra and of those who shared knowledge of the situation with her because they were in his cabinet.

Specifically, the request of the accusation reaches three periods: January to December 2017 -year in which the abuses occurred-; from October to December 2019 -months in which the ex-husband was sentenced- and from the beginning of the preliminary proceedings to the current date.

The accusation urges the practice of these proceedings since it assures that it is aware that from the General Directorate of Information Technologies and Communications of the Generalitat Valenciana it has been agreed, on October 30, 2022, the deletion of all the email accounts and their contents belonging to the 'cv.gva.es' domains, which could affect the research information.
