On May 14, Prosegur Cash will distribute a gross dividend of 0.0101 euros corresponding to the first payment of the remuneration that it approved at its last shareholders meeting and which amounts in total to 0.0404 euros gross for each share in circulation.
The company will pay those 0.0404 gross of its dividend from voluntary reserves in four equal payments of 0.0101 euros per share. The first of them will take place on May 14.
Thus, next Thursday, May 9, will be the last day of trading of the company's shares with the right to receive the first payment of the dividend, while the 'ex-dividend' listing date will be May 10, according to The company reported this Tuesday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
May 13 is the effective settlement date of the operations carried out on the 'last trading date' and on which the registered holders with the right to receive the first payment of the dividend ('record date') are determined and on May 14 will proceed to pay the dividend.
The maximum total amount that Prosegur Cash will allocate to the four dividend payments will be 59.99 million euros. These will be carried out through the entities participating in the Securities Registration, Compensation and Settlement Systems Management Company (Iberclear).
Likewise, the withholdings required by the regulations applicable at all times will be made on the gross amounts paid.
