The authorization to leave the territory becomes mandatory for all minors

Before the multiplication of the departure of young people to Syria, the ministry of the interior restores the permission to exit the country for all minors resident in France.

This new system applies to all minors resident in France, whatever their nationality.

What changes to January 15, 2017

Since January 2013, a minor could travel alone, just with a valid national identity card (in the Eu) or a valid passport. A prohibition to leave the country could, however, be issued in certain situations by a judge of family affairs or children. The law, passed on June 3, 2016 and completed by the decree of November 2, 2016, specifies that, from 15 January 2017, all minors resident in France must present :

If you do not have access to the internet, "a simple certification in handwriting is sufficient," said the prefecture of police of Paris. The document must, however, include the necessary information and be signed by the holder of the parental authority. The act specifies that the form must include :
