Norway was already in the restructuring before coronapandemien closed down large parts of the community. My ambition is that Norway should develop a stronger focusing on knowledge economy with ever-lower emissions. We manage to take Norway out of the coronakrisen in a good way we can take a seven-milssteg in the direction of a greener and more digitized society. Norway will compete on being smarter, not cheaper. Only in this way can we maintain the public and private welfare. The right will meet the need for realignment under the heading: Create more and include more.

To participate in the workplace is about more than having an income. Having work means having control over their lives, it is all about self-esteem, self-respect and having a social network. But it is of course also important for the community. It is the sum of all the people in the work that creates value.

Although the unemployment rate is going down, there are still too many who are outside the labour market. There are many reasons for this. For the Right, it is important that we address all of these reasons; whether it is disease, kompetanseutfordringer or accidents in life. Therefore, it is important to build both a good primary school with early efforts and less dropout. But also that fewer are falling from the in the adult age.

to lift people's skills, we need to have two thoughts in your head at once. The Norwegian school should be in the forefront to disseminate knowledge, and to our community to be the best at giving people new chances to come back to work.
