Tinsa acquires Stima Valutazioni and leads the insurance valuation business in Italy

MADRID, 11 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The valuation company Tinsa, through its subsidiary Roux Italia, has acquired the Italian company Stima Valutazioni, specialized in valuations of movable and immovable property for the insurance sector, as reported in a statement.

"The integration of Stima represents an important boost that places Tinsa as a leader in the asset valuation segment for insurance purposes in Italy," said the CEO of Roux Italia, Rolando Fritzsching.

Tinsa's acquisition of Stima is its second operation in the European market in 2023, after its German subsidiary Persch Consult bought TÜV SÜD ImmoWert, TÜV SÜD's real estate valuation business, in March.

Tinsa began its internationalization and diversification strategy in 2017, with the purchase of the Dutch business for adjusting large claims Troostwijk, which was subsequently acquired by Roux Italia and marked Tinsa's entry into the Italian market.

With offices throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy, Troostwijk had a turnover of 35 million euros in 2022, which represented 15% of the Tinsa group's sales.
