The prosecutor studying the complaint of the Ayuso couple opposes the criteria of the 'number two' of the Prosecutor's Office

Insists on investigating and invokes article 27 of the Public Prosecutor's Office so that the top prosecutors can make a statement

The prosecutor María de la O Silva, in charge of ruling on the complaint by Isabel Díaz Ayuso's partner against the prosecutors investigating an alleged tax fraud, has invoked article 27 of the Organic Statute so that the Board of Prosecutors decides on the position to follow, after the lieutenant prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Ángeles Sánchez Conde, appealed to the unit of criteria to have it inadmissible.

Tax sources have confirmed this step to Europa Press and have indicated that the meeting of the Board of Prosecutors will be this Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.

Sánchez Conde held a meeting in which he verbally conveyed his opinion to the prosecutor María de la O Silva, who proposed that investigation proceedings be carried out within the same Prosecutor's Office before issuing a report to the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ) of Madrid , where the complaint has fallen since the prosecutors enjoy the status of authorized persons.

The lieutenant prosecutor considers that, once the Madrid Prosecutor's Office requested that the complaint filed by the Illustrious Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) against the prosecutors in the case be archived, the pertinent thing is to maintain said criterion and also advocate for the inadmissibility of the complaint filed by Alberto G.A.
