Ramzan Kadyrov asks the Chechens to join the great "jihad" against Ukraine

MADRID, 26 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The leader of the Chechnya region, Ramzan Kadyrov, called on Wednesday for jihad to defeat the "satanism" that from the West "acts freely" against Russia, shortly after he criticized Moscow's "weak" response to the counteroffensives of the Ukrainian Army in Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia.

"I do not understand those who love the country only in words (...) I do not understand those who do not see the obvious: who want to tear our country to pieces, humiliate, trample and, in the end, desecrate our faith and our culture to that we don't have any identity," he said.

Kadirov has used his Telegram profile to warn that "satanism" acts freely against Russia from the West. A kind of "satanic democracy", he has said, that protects the rights of atheists, but offends believers.

Considered one of the strong men of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kadirov has asserted that this "satanic democracy" is also represented in the West with the rights acquired by the LGTBI community.

"In Europe they bought it. They consider it modern, civilized. The more liberated the 'below the belt' issue is, the better for them. I see degradation and satanism in this and I'd rather fight it at the root there than let this abomination engulf our homeland", he raved.

For all this, the Chechen leader has assured that the State and the president need them, for which he has called on Caucasians to join the jihad and has warned that "a self-respecting Muslim will not seek excuses"

"This is the yity! Our Chechen commanders decided not to defend themselves, but only to attack. Destroy these shaitans (Arabic name given to the devil), wherever they are and no matter how well they hide (...) Love to your country! Love is not just words," he said.

These statements come shortly after Kadyrov questioned what for him has been Russia's lukewarm response to the Ukrainian Army's counteroffensive in the annexed regions of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia.
