The trial for alleged fraud and corruption between individuals in the signing of striker Neymar da Silva for FC Barcelona from Santos FC in 2013 will continue this Friday at the Barcelona Court with the interrogations of former Blaugrana presidents Sandro Rosell and Josep Maria Bartomeu, who at the time he was the first vice president of the club.

The Prosecutor's Office demands a five-year prison sentence for Rosell but does not accuse Bartomeu, while the private prosecution of the Dis group - owner of 40% of the player's federative rights - asks for five years in prison for the two former presidents.

This Friday will also declare a legal representative of the Blaugrana club, which is accused as a legal person and faces a fine of 8.44 million euros claimed by the prosecutor.

This case prosecutes whether the agreements for the signing of Neymar for Barça were a fraud and a crime of corruption between individuals because the accusations believe that the signing cost more than 17 million - the figure given by the Blaugrana club - but they suspect that FC Barcelona presumably masked the rest of the money in three other contracts.

It is a contract of 7.9 million in preferential rights on three youth players, another of 4.5 million to play two friendlies and another of 40 million that Neymar and Barça signed in 2011 as a signing bonus.
