The private prosecution will appeal the acquittal of the 'Neymar 2 case' and reiterates that there was corruption

The owner of 40% of the player's rights will take the case to the Supreme

BARCELONA, 13 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The Dis group, owner of 40% of the federative rights of striker Neymar da Silva, has announced that it will appeal the sentence that this Tuesday has acquitted all those accused of signing the player for FC Barcelona from Santos FC in 2013.

In a statement after learning of the sentence of the 'Neymar 2 case', the fund -private prosecution in the case- has warned that it will take the case before the Supreme Court (TS) and will argue that in the transfer there were "criminalized legal transactions and therefore the commission of crimes of corruption between individuals and fraud", which the ruling of the Court of Barcelona has ruled out.

Dis regretted that with this sentence "the opportunity to put a stop to some corrupt practices in the world of football that are inconceivable in other activities has been lost" and believes that the alleged crimes are documented.

In the trial, the prosecution of Dis maintained that the signing of Neymar cost more than 17 million - the figure given by the Blaugrana club - but they suspect that FC Barcelona allegedly masked the rest of the money in three other contracts: for this reason, considers the 40% that Dis received for the transfer as owner of the federal rights insufficient, and believes that it should be calculated from a higher figure.

At the end of the trial, the prosecutor dropped all charges against the nine defendants in the case, but Dis recalls that in his final report the prosecutor noted that the trial had "shown that more than one, more than two and more than three defendants They have even happily trampled, without leaving anything inside, at least two codes, the Brazilian civil and the Catalan compilation, in addition to various FIFA and Spanish federation regulations and how many football organizations have come before them".

Dis is confident that his appeal will prosper to "obtain the economic and moral reparation that he believes he deserves according to the Criminal Code" and hopes that there will be a social disapproval of the signing.

This Tuesday the sentence of section 6 of the Barcelona Court on the 'Neymar 2 case' was published, which has acquitted the player and the rest of those involved in the case: his parents, the former Blaugrana presidents Sandro Rosell and Josep Maria Bartomeu , the former vice president of Santos Odilio Rodrigues, and as legal persons the two clubs and the company N
