Justice presents the BOE codes as a "very valuable" tool for the preparation of oppositions

The Secretary of State for Justice, Tontxu Rodríguez, has presented this Thursday the first Justice codes of the Official State Gazette (BOE), which he has described as an "invaluable" tool for the preparation of oppositions to the Judicial and Prosecutor Career , the Body of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice and the Body of State Lawyers.

Rodríguez has highlighted that the BOE codes constitute a "very valuable work tool in that they offer a complete, integral and impeccable technical content, which results from the agenda of the oppositions to which it refers", as reported by the Ministry of Justice in a statement .

The presentation, which took place at the Center for Legal Studies, was also attended by the director of the Center, Abigail Fernández, and the director of the Department of Programming, Monitoring and Evaluation of BOE Management, Eva González.

As the auditors have highlighted, the BOE Codes have the objective of supporting opponents in the preparation of oppositions, being able to access the content systematically ordered, presented in an accessible and permanently updated electronic format.

Likewise, according to Justice, the codes offer enormous possibilities for work and study through a system of alarms and notes.

The first codes that have been prepared for this new project are those corresponding to the agendas that are included in the scholarship program of the Ministry of Justice for the preparation of oppositions, which will have a budget of more than 5 million euros in 2023.
