The open sessions of the Commission will begin next Thursday.

The letter that has been published contains a draft executive order, equivalent to a presidential decree, which was presented to Trump in the Oval Office on December 18, 2020 by former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn and former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne.

The email was forwarded by British tech entrepreneur Andrew Whitney to Cyber ​​Ninjas CEO Doug Logan and computer security expert Jim Penrose. Logan, Penrose, Powell, Flynn and Byrne have been collaborating since the November 2020 election to try to prove alleged electoral fraud against Trump.
