The subcommittee of the Congress of Deputies for the deployment and installation of electrical and hydrogen recharging infrastructure and its impact on the automotive industry starts this Tuesday with the appearances of the employers Anfac, Faconauto and Anged.

Thus, as of 11:30 a.m., the general director of the Spanish Association of Car and Truck Manufacturers (Anfac), José López-Tafall, and the executive vice president of the Federation of Automotive Dealer Associations (Faconauto) are called to appear. , Marta Blázquez, and the general secretary of the National Association of Large Distribution Companies (Anged), Marcos Casado.

These business organizations will start a round of appearing, with the estimate that this working group can collect the contributions of some 45 entities, according to the requests of the groups themselves and the entities that have asked to appear at their own request.

Among them, other business associations such as that of sellers, repair and replacement of vehicles (Ganvam), the association of the gas sector (Sedigas), the employers' association of electricity companies (Aelec), that of photovoltaic producers (UNEF) or the Spanish Association of Hydrogen (AeH2), but also companies such as Repsol or Visa.

Among the requests for appearing parties registered by the groups, to which Europa Press has had access, are also the industry federations of the CCOO unions. and UGT, companies such as Iberdrola and public sector entities such as the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) or the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT).

The subcommittee led by the ERC deputy Joan Capdevila works with the forecast of meeting every week with a plenary session until December in order to have a report on the presentation in January or February.

This report must identify the main industrial and legislative bottlenecks that may hinder or hinder the implementation of a network of electricity and hydrogen chargers, with attention to industry, the environment and the development of electric vehicles.
