The Minister of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, Raquel Sánchez, has announced this Wednesday that she will meet with the Ministries of Navarra and the Basque Country to address the union of the Navarre TAV with the Basque 'Y' "before summer".
In the Government control session in the Congress of Deputies, Sánchez assured that the Executive maintains "an excellent relationship" with the Department of Territorial Cohesion of the Navarrese and Basque governments to define the layout of the railway infrastructures and make possible the connection between Pamplona and the Basque 'Y'.
In this sense, he has stated that they have "never" positioned themselves against "any planning" in this regard, although he has again recognized the existence of "discrepancies" regarding the project for the future connection of the high-speed corridor.
