PSOE accuses Feijóo of covering up alleged corruption and encourages him to prove otherwise with the mayoress of Marbella

The PSOE spokesperson in the Senate, Eva Granados, has taken stock of the year that will be completed this week since Feijóo's arrival at the PP leadership, accusing him of "covering up" alleged corruption and encouraging him to prove otherwise in the Committee on the Upper House that will have to decide whether to investigate the mayoress of Marbella and 'popular' senator, Ángeles Muñoz.

In a press conference from the Senate, Eva Granados has assured that this Commission is a new "test" to see if Feijóo's PP has left corruption behind. "There we will see which groups we can count on to defend the transparency and honor of the Senate," she proclaimed.

And it is that it will be this Thursday when the Commission of Incompatibilities meets to decide whether to open an investigation into the mayoress of Marbella for allegedly having committed a violation of the Code of Conduct of the Courts for her assets.

It is at this point where the socialist spokesperson has indicated that it remains to be seen what the Popular Party will vote for in this Commission of Incompatibilities, although she has regretted that the Feijóo leadership has ratified her again as a candidate for mayor of the city of Malaga.
