Echenique criticizes that the TC continues with its "seditious plan" by maintaining the suspension of the reform for its renewal

The spokesman for Unidas Podemos in Congress, Pablo Echenique, has criticized that the Constitutional Court "continues with its seditious plan" by maintaining the suspension of the process in the Senate of the reform to unblock its renewal.

This has been indicated through a message on Twitter, in which he has described the conservative sector in the organization as a "rebellious regiment in the Constitutional Court".

"Either we renew the TC and also the CGPJ making use of the democratic parliamentary majority or it will not matter what we vote in the elections because four PP-Vox judges are going to govern," he pointed out through his comment on networks.

Yesterday's decision of the TC to continue with the paralysis of this reform agreed last Monday, was also adopted after rejecting the processing of the challenges launched by Unidas Podemos (UP) and by the Prosecutor's Office against the president of the TC, Pedro González- Trevijano, and magistrate Antonio Narváez. Had they been removed, there would have been a change of majority in favor of the progressive bloc.
