CCOO denounces the fixed position in some oppositions of the children and the son-in-law of the lieutenant chief of Security of Gómez Ulla

MADRID, 3 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) -

Workers' Commissions have asked the Ministry of Defense to open an investigation for "alleged irregularities" in oppositions in which the two sons and the son-in-law of the lieutenant chief of Security at the Gómez Ulla Hospital obtained a permanent position.

The union has raised its "doubts" regarding the chain of custody of the exams of the Public Employment Offer (OPE) of the years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, in which it denounces that the relatives have been "directly benefited" Lieutenant Antonio Jesús García Sillero.

"Two sons and the son-in-law of the soldier participated in the selection and opposition process and, curiously, they obtained the best grades," warns CCOO, which reveals that the sons of the head of Security of the hospital center appeared in first and second place within the list of qualifications of applicants, published in the Services Portal of the Ministry of Defense, as published by 'El Periódico de España'.

CCOO, through a letter to the Defense and the Hospital Management, considers that the alleged irregularities, for which it had already requested explanations, must be investigated. And it demands that an informative file be opened before the definitive list of the candidates for the summoned places is resolved.
