Abascal meets in Poland with Morawiecki and holds him up as an example in protecting borders and national sovereignty

The leader of Vox, Santiago Abascal, has met in Poland with his prime minister, Mateusz Morawiecki, whom he has raised as an example in defense of freedom, the protection of borders and national sovereignty.

Accompanied by MEPs Jorge Buxadé and Hermann Tertsch, Abascal visited the country bordering Russia for two days and also went to the border with Belarus to "learn first-hand about their situation after the attack in the form of a migratory avalanche suffered by Poland in November 2021".

In their meeting, Abascal and Morawiecki discussed the future of the European Union "in the face of the globalist drift of the Brussels bureaucrats, the protection of common borders and the situation of Putin's war," as reported by Vox.

"Poland and our friend and ally Morawiecki are an example in the defense of freedom, the sovereignty of nations and the protection of borders," Abascal stated. Morawiecki was present last October at Viva22 held by Vox in Madrid and also attended the Madrid Summit, the meeting of "European patriots and conservatives" held last January.

The Vox leader has also met with the president of Law and Justice, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, to address issues such as "the future of European nations or the attacks suffered by Poland to its territorial integrity."

"Spain and many Western countries are going through a very difficult situation and countries like Poland show us that there is hope and show us the path of the alternative: a policy that puts the interests of the citizens of each country first, an economy at the service of the people and families, an education free of indoctrination, a population proud of its customs and values, a defense of the borders...", Abascal stated.

During his visit to the border with Belarus, the Vox leader denounced that "it was assaulted by thousands of illegal African and Arab immigrants sent by Putin's allies from Belarus." "We have visited that border, and we have been able to see first-hand how the Polish government acts to face the gradual invasion of Europe," Abascal stressed.
