Two socialist militants are attacked in Palma shouting 'That I vote for you Txapote'

Two socialist militants have been physically and violently attacked this Friday shouting 'Vote for you Txapote' by an individual while they were explaining electoral proposals at an information table in Palma, as reported by the PSIB in a statement.

As indicated by the party in a press release, the incident has caused a minor injury to a minor who was accompanying her mother, who was talking with the two attacked at that time.

From the formation they have warned that they are studying the filing of a complaint in this regard and, on the other hand, they have regretted that "these are the consequences of the increase in hate speech."

After what happened, the Socialist Party has called for "moderation, calm and serenity" from all political forces "not only in the remainder of the electoral campaign, but with a view to the future, in order to return politics to the debate of ideas and proposals and not the other way around".
