The Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has condemned for the second time the former members of the Parliament Bureau Anna Simó, Lluís Maria Corominas, Ramona Barrufet and Lluís Guinó for disobeying the Constitutional Court (TC) when they held their positions under the presidency of Carme Forcadell, and has imposed a penalty of four months of disqualification.
The sentence, consulted by Europa Press this Wednesday, imposes a fine of 1,200 euros each.
