The Ibex flies above 10,200 in the mid-session spurred by IAG, which rises 4.8%

The Ibex 35 was flying above the level of 10,200 points after the mid-session, with the majority of values ​​in 'green' and with IAG at the head after a favorable report from the investment bank JPMorgan that raised its value by more than 70%. target price.

For their part, investors will also be attentive to the statements of the president of the United States Federal Reserve (Fed), Jerome Powell. They are also waiting for tomorrow, when the European Central Bank (ECB) will meet to adjust its monetary policy.

In the business field, Indra has presented its new strategic plan for the coming years. The Spanish firm expects to invoice 10,000 million euros in 2030, give entry to partners in Minsait and has opened the door to enter Hispasat to be the 'national champion' in defense and technology.

For its part, the bearish fund Gotham City Research has published a new report on Grifols, in which it accuses the company of making loans in a non-transparent manner to the 'family office' owned by the Grifols family, Scranton, through Haema and BPC. In addition, he has criticized that the interest that Scranton pays on these loans to Haema and BPC, two firms of which Scranton has ownership, is greater than the interest that these companies pay to Grifols for the money they receive.

In this way, in the middle section of the negotiation IAG advanced 4.85%, followed by Endesa (2.95%), Bankinter (2.27%), Colonial (2.18%), Merlin (1.93 %), Fluidra (1.77%) and BBVA (1.71%).

The positive evolution in the mid-session was shared in the rest of the main European stock markets. The British FTSE 100 advanced 0.22%; the French CAC 40, 0.03%; the German DAX, 0.02% and the Italian FTSE MIB, 0.50%.

A barrel of Brent was trading at $82.56 in the mid-session, 0.63% higher, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) rose 0.93%, to $78.88.

In the debt market, the yield on the Spanish bond with a 10-year maturity stood at 3.203%, compared to the 3.180% recorded at the close of Tuesday. In this way, the risk premium against German debt stood at 84.6 basis points, compared to the 85.7 at which it closed on Tuesday.

In the foreign exchange market, the euro appreciated 0.17% against the dollar, reaching an exchange rate of 1.0875 dollars for each euro.
