The father of the baby, less than a month old, who is in critical condition at the Maternal and Child Hospital in Malaga, has been arrested by the National Police and brought to justice.

This has been confirmed by sources from the body consulted by Europa Press, who point out that the investigation that ended with the arrest and bringing to justice was carried out by the Minors Group (Grume).

The same sources indicate that the Grume acted at the request of the hospital after the admission of a baby "with clear symptoms of abuse."

For their part, health sources consulted by Europa Press have detailed that it is a girl from Malaga capital, less than a month old, and that due to suspicions of mistreatment by health professionals, the appropriate protocol was applied and He reported it to the National Police and the courts.
