SNCF launches tickets from Barcelona to Paris by train from 29 euros to celebrate its first anniversary

SNCF Voyageurs, the company that manages rail passenger transport in France and other European countries, has launched a promotion with tickets between Barcelona and Paris starting at 29 euros to celebrate the first year of operations of this line.

The operator has put 8,000 trips to the French capital on sale, which can be purchased from this Monday until Thursday, December 14 on its website, for travel between January 11 and March 21.

The line, which has two daily frequencies from each country, to which a third was added in the summer, has transported one million passengers in its first year in operation, with an occupancy rate of 80%.

The company maintains that users who have traveled on this service during the year have positively valued the comfort, entertainment options and variety of restaurants on board, as well as the direct connection between city centers.

The INOUI Barcelona-Paris TGV line, which also has stops in Girona, Figuères, Perpignan, Narbonne, Béziers, Agde, Sète, Montpellier, Nîmes and Valence, offers a more sustainable mobility alternative to visit the neighboring country, since this route By train between Barcelona and the French capital they emit 98% less CO2 than the plane and 93% less than the car.
