The deputy spokesperson for Más Madrid in the City Council, Eduardo Fernández Rubiño, has accused the municipal leader of Vox, Javier Ortega Smith, of "insulting the memory of a victim" of ETA, to condemn its use, "a specialty of the right."

In a tweet, Rubiño sent a message "to those who infamously justify what happened" in the Plenary Session, when Ortega Smith threw some papers at him, threw a bottle at him on the bench and confronted him. "And now she's crying," he told her outside the bus.

"My respect for the victims of ETA is such that all this happened because I reacted to Ortega Smith's repugnant attack on (socialist councilor) Adriana Moscoso, who had just reported that her father had to have an escort for decades in Pamplona, ​​and to whom He told him that he had Stockholm syndrome," Rubiño explained.

Ortega Smith provoked the decision of the left to leave the Plenary after doubting that the family of the socialist Adriana Moscoso - her father was a minister with Felipe González - had been threatened by the terrorist group ETA.

"I do not know your family history and I am going to take it for granted because I have no arguments to say that it is true or that it is a lie. I am going to believe you and I believe it. What I do not know is how you agreed to come up here to defend this," Ortega Smith replied to Moscoso.

Rubiño has criticized that the use of ETA victims is "the specialty of the right" but "in this case he went further: Ortega Smith insulted the memory of a victim in a nauseating way and for that alone he would deserve absolute political disapproval by everyone."
