The PSOE and the PP have registered two joint initiatives in Congress asking the Court of Accounts to audit the subsidies and funds related to the covid that the autonomous communities have managed.
The two requests, to which Europa Press has had access, will be debated and voted on next Tuesday in the Mixed Commission (Congress-Senate) on relations with the Court of Accounts, and given the weight of the two large parties in the Cortes, they will not there is no doubt that they will be approved.
On the one hand, PSOE and PP and request that a comprehensive audit report be carried out on the extraordinary Covid funds that were transferred by the Government to the autonomous communities during the 2020 and 2021 financial years.
And the second proposal calls for an audit of the subsidies related to the covid 19 pandemic that the communities have called for in the same years of 2020 and 2021.
To carry out these audit reports, the PSOE and the PP ask the Court of Accounts to rely on their regional counterparts, the External Control Bodies (OCEX) of the communities, wherever they have the authority to audit public management.
