The list of 134 appearances approved this Tuesday by the Congressional investigation commission on emergency contracts in the pandemic includes the main names of the so-called 'Koldo case', but also about thirty members of the PP, including five regional presidents, and businessmen and intermediaries linked to cases that affected the 'popular'.

The basis of the list is the 84 names registered by the PSOE, but to ensure their approval the socialists have accepted another fifty people proposed by other parliamentary groups. All this despite the fact that the commission was created with only four months of work.

Although the commission was created with the first purpose of investigating contracts signed by the central government, the PSOE has prioritized appearances on the second point, that of examining emergency contracting procedures in other administrations.

The list includes the main protagonists of the 'Koldo case', starting with Koldo García Izaguirre and the minister to whom he was an advisor, the then head of Public Works José Luis Ábalos, whose presence has been promoted by the opposition, because the PSOE did not include him. in its initial listing.

There are the alleged ringleaders of the plot Juan Carlos Cueto and Víctor de Aldama, as well as representatives of the company Soluciones de Gestión y Apoyo a Empresas, epicenter of the network, such as Iñigo Rotaetxe and José Angel Escorial, and Jacobo Pombo García, a businessman linked to the PP, whom the investigation places as an intermediary to try to stop the Balearic Islands' claim.

Álvaro Sánchez Manzanares, former Secretary General of Ports, will also be called; Joseba García Izaguirre, 'Koldo's' brother placed in a Ministry company; and the civil guards José Luis Rodríguez and Rubén Villalba, detained for their connection with the plot.

There are also officials from public administrations who contracted with the 'Koldo' company, starting with the former Minister of Health and now the PSC candidate for the Generalitat, Salvador Illa, and his chief of staff and later responsible for Sports, Víctor Francos; and the former regional presidents of the Balearic Islands, Francina Armengol, now president of Congress, and of the Canary Islands, Ángel Víctor Torres, current Minister of Territorial Policy.

The councilor and spokesperson, Iago Negueruela, is also included from that Balearic government; the former Minister of Health Patricia Gómez Picard; José Ramón Ahicart, from the Government's legal service; and Manuel Palomino Chacón, general director of IB Salut, and his predecessor, Juli Fuster.

EXAMINATION OF PP GOVERNMENTS

But on the list there is also a wide representation of names from the PP, including the spokesperson for the Popular Group, Miguel Tellado, Miguel Tellado, who was cited by one of the members of the 'Koldo case' plot in the wiretaps carried out in the investigation. ; and Elías Bendodo, who is the spokesperson for the commission and who in those months of the pandemic was a counselor in the Junta de Andalucía.

The commission has also agreed to call five regional presidents of the PP: Isabel Díaz Ayuso (Madrid), Juan Manuel Moreno Bonilla (Andalusia), Marga Prohens (Balearic Islands), Alfonso Rueda (Galicia) and Fernando López Miras (Murcia), in addition to the mayor from Madrid, José Luis Martínez Almeida. And they include several of his collaborators and numerous requests for documentation.

Thus, he not only cites Isabel Díaz Ayuso, but also his cabinet director, Miguel Ángel Rodríguez; her number two in the PP, Alfonso Serrano; her advisors Fátima Matute Teresa and Ana Dávila-Ponce de León; his former Health Minister Enrique Ruiz Escudero; and the former general director of the Integrated Health Process, Manuel Ángel De la Puente Andrés.

Although the socialists have not wanted to include Alberto González Amador, Ayuso's boyfriend, on their list, they will call several people who have appeared in the press linked to him, such as Javier Luis Gómez Fidalgo, administrator of the Babia Capital company who, According to various media, he bought a penthouse above where the couple lives; Gloria Carrasco Fernández, a pharmacist who sold a company to the president's partner; César Nieto, one of his partners; the Mexican businessman Maximialiano Niederer, who made him invoices; and three alleged 'front men' of the businessmen: David Herrera Lobato and the brothers Agustín and José Miguel Carrillo Saborido.

In addition, it has been agreed to call Víctor Madera, president of Quirón Salud, and Fernando Camino, general director of Quirón Prevention, the group with which Ayuso's boyfriend worked.

Tomás Díaz Ayuso, the president's brother, does not appear on the list either, but close figures do, such as Daniel Alcázar, manager of a company that sold masks to the Community.

And with Mayor Martínez Almeida are also his Vice Mayor, Inmaculada Sanz; councilor Francisco de Borja Fanjul Fernández-Pita; its former general coordinator, Matilde García Duarte; the Human Resources Coordinator, Elena Collado; the manager of the Municipal Company of Funeral Services and Cemeteries of Madrid, Fernando Sánchez González; and Francisco Javier Ramírez Caro and Marta García Miranda, senior officials in the city council.

In addition, they ask to call the commissioners Luis Medina Abascal and Javier Luceño, who contracted with the city council, and María Díaz de la Cebosa, the teacher who facilitated the contact of Almeida's cousin.

Along with Juanma Moreno Bonilla, other members of the PP of the Junta de Andalucía appear, such as the current councilors Antonio Sanz and Catalina García Carrasco; the former health advisor Jesús Aguirre; and the contractor Félix Guerrero Arias, who in those months was recorded apparently speaking with the then counselor Bendodo.

Likewise, with the Balearic president Marga Prohens they want to call her advisors Antonia Maria Estarellas (Presidency) and Manuela García Romero (Health), among other positions.

And in addition to Rueda, Miguel Corgos, Minister of Finance, is cited; to the until now head of Health, Julio García Comesaña, and to his predecessor, Jesús Vázquez Almuíña, who was Feijóo's Health Minister between 2015 and 2020; Francisco Conde, now a PP deputy and once Feijóo's Economy Minister; and José Flores, former manager of SERGAS.

THE ALMERÍA CASE

Other names from the PP are Francisco Salado, president of the Malaga Provincial Council; and several members of the PP of Almería for a plot to purchase masks from China: Javier Aureliano García Molina, provincial president; Óscar Liria (vice president of the Provincial Council): Rodrigo Sánchez Simón, mayor of Fines (Almería); and Fernando Giménez, provincial deputy.

There is also a gap in those responsible for supervisory bodies such as Enriqueta Chicano Jávega, president of the Court of Accounts; and his regional colleagues Miquel Salazar (Catalonia), Ana Helguera (Euskadi), Alfonso Peña (Aragón), Juan Carlos Aladro (Galicia) and his predecessor José Antonio Redondo, Roberto Fernández Llera (Asturias), Mario Amilivia González (Castilla y León) and Ignacio Cabezas (Navarra).

They are also seeking to call Cristina Herrero, president of AIReF; members of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and the European Prosecutor's Office; Martin Mrcela, president of GRECO; Silvina Bacigalupo, from Transparency International; Carmen Collado, from the National Anti-Fraud Office; José Luis Beltrán, from the Good Practices Office; and Tofol Milan, from the Balearic anti-corruption office.

The list is completed with the spokesperson for the pandemic crisis committee, Fernando Simón; the journalists Pedro Águeda and José Precedo; and with the heads of the consulting firm Civio David Cabo and Eva Belmomnte.
