MADRID, 31 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) -
Princess Leonor swore the Constitution this Tuesday as stipulated in the Magna Carta that the heir to the throne must do when reaching the age of majority, as is the case of the Princess of Asturias, who turns 18 on October 31.
On the same copy in which her father wrote it on January 30, 1986, to which an insert of the reforms of articles 13 and 135, the only ones approved so far, has been added, the Princess of Asturias has pronounced the oath that He also made this one in his day.
The oath was received by strong applause from those in attendance, among whom was the acting President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, and the majority of his ministers, with the exception of the two from Podemos, Ione Belarra and Irene Montero, and that of Izquierda Unida, Alberto Garzón.
These are some of the images and videos that the day leaves behind.
