The national leadership of the PP has managed to involve the entire party and unite the 'two souls' of the formation in the campaign of the municipal and regional ones, which they see as the "first stage" to evict Pedro Sánchez from the Moncloa Palace . Navarra is precisely one of the territories that is receiving a landing of members of the leadership of the PP to support Javier García, who is making his debut in these elections after the break with the Unión del Pueblo Navarro (UPN).
