The general secretary of Vox, Ignacio Garriga, has indicated this Friday that his party's support for an eventual investiture of the PP candidate, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, "has not" changed. However, he has warned the 'popular' that they cannot claim to get "votes in exchange for offenses".

Garriga, who has reproached the 'popular' for the gesture of "contempt and arrogance" of not providing Vox with a position on the Congress Table, has assured that they remain "willing" to support an investiture by Feijóo, because they are "people of word".

This Thursday, the PP informed Vox that it was not going to contribute to achieving a position on the Congress Table, so the 33 deputies of the group chaired by Santiago Abascal voted for their own candidate for the Presidency, the deputy Ignacio Gil Lázaro , and not the candidate of the PP, Cuca Gamarra.
