The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, will present his 'number one' to the Congress of Deputies this Tuesday in the general elections on July 23, with whom he will pose at the Royal Palace of Aranjuez (Madrid).

This official presentation comes one day after the National Electoral Committee of the PP chaired by Galician Diego Calvo, second vice president of the Xunta, has approved the 52 candidates who will accompany Feijóo as the headliner for Congress. These appointments represent a 75% renewal compared to the 2019 elections and include a total of 23 women, 44.2%.

Feijóo has decided to incorporate almost the entire current management committee of Alberto Núñez Feijóo into the Congress lists, beginning with the party's general secretary and spokesperson for the Popular Group, Cuca Gamarra, who repeats as headliner for La Rioja, so that the unknown remains as to who will be Feijóo's 'number two' on the Madrid list.
