Borràs (Junts) warns Sánchez before his investiture: "If I were him, I would be very worried"

He regrets that Junqueras' statements "say more about who issues them than who they are addressed to"

BARCELONA, Nov. 15 (EUROPA PRESS) -

The president of Junts, Laura Borràs, has warned the acting president of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, before being re-elected in the investiture session that begins this Wednesday: "If I were him I would not be happy, if I were him I would be very worried" .

In an interview this Wednesday on La2 and Ràdio4 collected by Europa Press, he pointed out that "four years ago he achieved pacts that gave him a legislature and, therefore, stability, because he did it with allies."

For this reason, Borràs has warned Sánchez that this is not the case this time, and has stressed that "he would have to be very worried because it will last as long as his word lasts."

"He has done all this to be invested. From now on, a negotiation begins that will take us progress by progress, compliance by compliance," stated the president of Junts.

In this sense, he has claimed that Junts is not an ally of the PSOE, but that, literally, they have taken advantage of the socialists' need for their votes to force him to make a change, to which he added that "Junts has not gone to "Madrid to sign an agreement. The PSOE has gone to Brussels to sign."

When asked about the statements this Sunday by the president of ERC, Oriol Junqueras, who assured that Borràs could not be one of those who benefited from the amnesty law for having been convicted of corruption, he regretted that "they say more about whoever issues them than to whom they are addressed".

"At this time there are still those who point towards the division of the independence movement," said the former president of the Parliament, who has accused Junqueras of knowing perfectly well that she has not been convicted of corruption and of reporting more about what he would like than what he would like. which is reality, in his words.
