Arrested in Roquetas an "influencer" for sexually abusing a friend while she was sleeping and hanging it on the networks

The Civil Guard has arrested in Roquetas de Mar (Almería) a social media figure with more than 45,000 followers on a well-known social network, for sexually abusing a friend while she was sleeping, recording it and posting videos on her profile while she kissed and performed touching this person.

The victim denounced these facts in offices of the Civil Guard in the province of Guadalajara, whose troops alerted the agents of Roquetas de Mar in Almería, where the alleged perpetrator of the events resided.

In his statement, the victim informed the Civil Guard that he was sleeping at the home of an acquaintance located in the town of Almería and when he woke up and saw that the other person was touching him, he quickly fled.

Both the agents and the victim verified that while she had been sleeping, she had been recorded receiving kisses and touching without her consent.

The alleged perpetrator of the events uploaded to her profile on a well-known social network the videos where she kissed the victim and sexual touching to a private group on another social network. In addition, the victim also received insults and threats from the author through telephone messaging, according to the Benemérita.

After verifying that the videos were published on social networks, the Civil Guard agents arrested this "influencer" in Roquetas de Mar, who already had a history and previous complaints for harassment on social networks.

Alleged crimes of sexual assault, disclosure of secrets and threats are attributed to him, with the proceedings being directed to the Dean's Office of the Courts of the judicial district of Roquetas de Mar.
