The PP will send to the Moncloa Palace the 1,136 letters from citizens about their "real" problems that it received in the last 48 hours of the five days of reflection by the Chief of the Executive, Pedro Sánchez, in which 88.82 express their complaints , concerns or anger with the President of the Government compared to the 11.18% who express their support and understanding with their pause to meditate, as party sources have informed Europa Press.

Last Saturday, just two days before the date set by Sánchez himself to communicate whether or not he would resign from the Presidency of the Government, the PP invited citizens to respond to the letter sent by the President of the Government three days before to transmit the "real" problems they face in their daily lives.

With the name 'In Legitimate Correspondence', the group led by Alberto Núñez Feijóo launched this initiative coinciding with the Federal Committee that the PSOE was celebrating on April 27 to show its support for Sánchez.

In addition to requesting citizen collaboration through social networks, the PP made available an email address to receive these letters with the commitment to later send them to the President of the Government.

"We all have concerns that we want to be resolved. So whether you vote for the party you vote for, join this movement and be encouraged to write to them. In the Popular Party we want to gather many letters with all your concerns to send them all together," the PP asked in a video posted on social networks.

PP sources have told Europa Press that in just 48 hours, between April 27 and 29, they received 1,136 letters from citizens, of which 88.82% focused on explaining their daily problems, complaints and concerns. as well as his anger at the situation.

On the contrary, 11.18% of that correspondence that the PP received showed its support for Pedro Sánchez, then immersed in that period of reflection and which ended on the 29th. That Monday, in an appearance without questions, he announced that he would He remained at the head of the Government despite the fact that in the previous hours more and more officials from his own party had privately assumed that he would resign.

The problems most cited in these letters are taxes and "the high tax burden", the "rise in prices", the "difficulty in accessing housing", the problems faced by the self-employed, employment, the amnesty law , the defense of an "independent justice", or the situation of education or health.
