An Israeli minister calls the Palestinian Authority a "neo-Nazi" and an "anti-Semite"

MADRID, 29 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The Israeli Minister of the Diaspora, Amichai Chikli, has described the Palestinian Authority as a "neo-Nazi" and "anti-Semitic" entity and has asked this body to study "alternatives" after its justification of the attack last Friday in which seven Israelis died near of a synagogue in East Jerusalem.

"I think that the Palestinian Authority is today an enemy of the State of Israel. We still do not have a peace agreement with them. It is an enemy entity, an anti-Semitic entity to the bone and we must examine possible alternatives to it," he said. Chikli in statements collected by the newspaper 'Yedioth Aharonot'.

For the minister, the highest Palestinian body "is in essence and appearance a neo-Nazi entity." "The most anti-Semitic political entity on Earth is the Palestinian Authority. 93 percent of its population hold anti-Semitic positions," he noted, referring to a 2014 Anti-Defamation League study.

Chikli has further singled out Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas as "a Holocaust denier" and "pay to kill" policy. "The more Jews you kill, the more money they give you. It is a source of problems and terrorism. If I were in the security cabinet, I would demand sanctions and actions against the Palestinian Authority", he stressed.

Israel criticizes the widow's allowances assigned by the Palestinian Authority to relatives of those killed in attacks against Israel, for which it considers that it encourages terrorism.
