He admits that his sentence contains two "material errors" about Zarrías without this altering the meaning of the resolution

SEVILLA, 19 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The Supreme Court has partially upheld the request for clarification made by the representative of the former Andalusian Minister of the Presidency Gaspar Zarrías, regarding the ruling of that instance on the appeals filed against the initial ruling of the Court of Seville on the specific financing procedure of fraudulent employment regulation files (ERE) and arbitrary aid to companies. However, said partial estimate does not imply any "substantial modification of the legal foundation of the judgment."

This is how it appears in an order issued on December 14 by the Supreme Court and collected by Europa Press, in which said instance upholds two of the four points of the request for clarification of the aforementioned former Socialist Minister of the Presidency in relation to the facts contained in the judgment of the Supreme Court regarding him.

In both cases, the Supreme Court admits that there are "material errors" in the wording of the text, "without this implying a substantial modification" of its sentence, which dismisses Zarrías' appeal against the initial sentence of the First Section of the Hearing, which imposed a penalty of nine years of disqualification for a crime of prevarication.

Recently, let us remember, the First Section of the Court of Seville, at the request of the former Minister of Innovation Francisco Vallejo and the former Vice Minister of Innovation Jesús María Rodríguez Román, both sentenced to prison in said initial sentence along with the former President of the Board José Antonio Griñán; ordered the Supreme Court to issue an official letter so that it would report whether it had resolved this request for clarification made by the representative of the former Andalusian Minister of the Presidency Gaspar Zarrías.

Currently, the First Section of the Hearing has pending to resolve the appeals of those sentenced to prison sentences in their initial sentence, including Griñán, against the order in which it dismisses the requests for suspension of prison sentences pending for the Ministry of Justice to resolve the requests for partial pardon.
