The PSOE spokesperson in the Senate, Eva Granados, has advanced this Tuesday that her parliamentary group is also evaluating whether to appear in the appeal for amparo by which the Plenary of the Constitutional Court decided to paralyze the reform in the Courts of the court itself through of very precautionary measures.

This is how Eva Granados reacted at a press conference to the decision of the Constitutional Plenary on Monday, explaining that the socialist group in the Upper House has ten days to decide whether to file an appeal before the court.

It would join the representation of the Senate as a Chamber, after the Board of the Chamber has so agreed, with the votes in favor of PSOE and PNV against the rejection of the PP.
