A judge investigates alleged irregularities in the oppositions of the Madrid Municipal Police

The investigating judge number 31 of Madrid has agreed to open proceedings to investigate alleged irregularities in the oppositions of inspector and mayor of the Municipal Police when appreciating the possible existence of a crime.

Therefore, it considers it appropriate to agree to initiate preliminary proceedings and carry out those essential ones aimed at determining the nature and circumstances of the act, as well as the persons who participated in it.

In this way, the judge requests that testimony be deduced from these records in order to send them to the Attached Judicial Police Brigade so that they investigate the reported facts.

The Madrid Prosecutor's Office is also investigating a complaint from Más Madrid so that the alleged anomalies in the competitions for mayor and inspector of the Municipal Police will be investigated, as well as in the internal promotion of Mobility Agents in their jump to the Corps.
