Yolanda Díaz and Íñigo Errejón will share a campaign event in Andalusia to support Nieto

It is the third confirmed act of the vice president in the race to 19J

SEVILLA, 7 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The Second Vice President of the Government and Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz, and the leader of Más País, Íñigo Errejón, will coincide for the first time in the Andalusian campaign next Sunday the 12th in Malaga, where they will support the candidate of the confluence of the left 'For Andalusia', Inma Nieto.

The assistance of both has been announced by Podemos Andalucía on Twitter, and it is their first coincidence in a campaign event in Andalusia, in addition to a new appointment in their agendas in the community to support Nieto. In the case of Díaz, it is his third confirmed attendance, after having announced that both would be together on Saturday, June 11 in Córdoba, in the middle of the electoral campaign, and on Tuesday, June 14, in Dos Hermanas (Seville).

For Errejón, for his part, it will be his second act in the Andalusian campaign, after the one scheduled for this Wednesday, June 8, in Granada, which marks his premiere in the 'Por Andalucía' caravan.

Finally, both will coincide in an act at the Palacio de Congresos de Málaga, where the coordinator of IU in Andalusia, Toni Valero and Mar González, from Verdes Equo Andalucía, among others, will also intervene.

The new presence of Errejón is confirmed after the leader of Más País showed himself this Tuesday willing to support any act that is required of the 'Por Andalucía' coalition during the 19J campaign and, therefore, was open to share the stage for the first time with the leaders of Podemos after the split.

However, he has refused to speculate on possible alliances at the national level, given that this campaign is not a "casting for Spain" but rather a purely Andalusian election. "I am available for the acts that are required of me. The important thing is to support (...) I understand part of the curiosity, but the important thing about the campaign is Andalusia and, therefore, being useful to the Andalusian campaign. Not useful to speculation about the past, the future or Spain", he emphasized.

Apart from the meeting in Malaga, his presence remains open for the great campaign event of Dos Hermanas, a rally that will bring together, in addition to Yolanda Díaz, the leader of Podemos and Minister of Social Rights, Ione Belarra, the head of Equality, Irene Montero, and the federal coordinator of IU and Minister of Consumption, Alberto Garzón.

On the other hand, Errejón has not been announced for another of the relevant events of the campaign that will take place in Córdoba next Saturday with Díaz, Belarra, the general secretary of the PCE, Enrique Santiago, the candidate for the Board, Inma Nieto, the head of the list for Cádiz and member of Podemos, Juan Antonio Delgado, and the 'number one' for Seville and leader of Más País, Esperanza Gómez.
