The Vox spokesman in Congress, Iván Espinosa de los Monteros, has criticized the Junts parliamentary spokesperson, Míriam Nogueras, for having moved the Spanish flag away from the lectern in the press room of the Lower House when it has been "three years and a half" collecting from Congress.
