This is the electoral program of Ciudadanos in the Andalusian elections 2022

MADRID, 6 Jun. (EDITIONS) -

The electoral program with which Ciudadanos presents itself to the next elections on June 19 claims an Andalusia "that continues to be the economic locomotive of Spain." Structured in ten sections, its proposals are addressed to municipalities, youth, job creation or the fight against corruption, among other topics.

Ciudadanos values the Ministry of Employment that it has held during its coalition government in Andalusia in its electoral program. He highlights that the community has gone from being in "the caboose of Spain to leading the creation of freelancers and companies" while "500 Andalusians came out of unemployment every day in 2021".

Some of his proposals related to employment are the fight against clandestine work or making the requirements of economic, financial and professional solvency more flexible to participate in public tenders.

For the countryside, it proposes to increase aid for the creation of companies for young people and ranchers or to increase aid for extensive livestock farming, in order to "fix the population in the territory, combating the depopulation of rural areas."

Ciudadanos also proposes connecting Jaén with Granada by rail to integrate the capital of Jaén into the high-speed rail network. For this city, in addition, it promises to start up the tram. Another railway axis in which it focuses is the Seville-Huelva-Faro, which it intends to promote.

Other measures are to increase the budget for scholarships and study aid by 50%, to give continuity to the Andalusian Council for the LGTBIQ collective and the Andalusian Council for the Gypsy People or to give large family status to those families that have two or more children, instead of three.

This is the electoral program with which Juan Marín presents himself to preside over the Junta de Andalucía.
