The technology company AtSistemas will go public before the end of the year

MADRID, 2 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The Spanish technology consultancy AtSistemas has begun plans to debut in BME Growth with the end of the year as a tentative date through a 'listing' of its titles, as reported by the company, which has selected Renta 4 and Cuatrecasas as registered advisor and legal advisor to pilot the debut process in this selective.

The company's plan is to carry out a placement of shares at a discount, primarily among its employees, before the debut in the markets.

With the jump to the old MAB, AtSistemas seeks to strengthen its commercial position and achieve greater ease when it comes to articulating merger and acquisition operations.

The company has recently opened offices in the United Kingdom and the United States and expects to exceed 2,300 employees by the end of the year. Likewise, it has closed the 2021 financial year with a turnover of 97.3 million euros, 24% more.

The CEO of AtSistemas, Manuel Rufino, has highlighted that the company is fulfilling its forecasts of a "promising 2022" and has stressed that he trusts that the IPO "together with other strategic movements" will allow it to sustain or increase the pace of growth the company.

The debut at BME Growth is part of the three-year strategic plan started in 2021, which includes 50 actions for the growth of the firm.

Along with AtSistemas, other technology companies such as Seresco and Redegal, as well as the online furniture sales firm Hannun and the veterinary laboratories Labiana have expressed their intention to debut at some point in this alternative market, something they have already done in the so far this year Vytrus, Enerside and Substrate AI.
