The Constitutional Court (TC) has annulled the reform carried out by the Government so that the Superior Courts of Justice (TSJ) were in charge of giving judicial endorsement to the health restrictions approved by the autonomous communities due to the coronavirus pandemic.
In this way, it has supported the paper prepared by the magistrate Enrique Arnalado, by a majority of seven votes against four, according to what eldiario.es has advanced and legal sources have confirmed to Europa Press.
The sentence of the court of guarantees will have the particular votes of the magistrates Cándido Conde-Pumpido, María Luisa Balaguer, Ramón Sáez Valcárcel and Inmaculada Montalbán.
