The MARF, BME's fixed-income market, has incorporated the information base document corresponding to the Factor One securitization fund's securitized promissory note issuance program, which will allow it to issue promissory notes up to a maximum amount of 200 million euros.

BME, which has reported the issue through a press release, has indicated that the fund is managed by Intermoney Titulización.

Currently, the outstanding balance of securitization assets in the MARF amounts to 3,931 million euros, 37% of the nearly 10,600 million total that the market has admitted to trading, including promissory notes, bonds, project bonds, bonds and other types of values.

Factor One, Securitization Fund is an open fund constituted under Spanish legislation in which Petrofactor will act as assignor and whose assets will be made up of collection rights represented by invoices derived from the provision of fuel supply services.

In accordance with the eligibility criteria established in the fund, the credit rights will be covered by an insurance policy taken out with Compagnie Francaise d'Assurance pour le Commerce Exterieur (Coface) under the terms established in the insurance contract and the insurance program. issue.

Intermoney Valores participates as placement entity, while Intermoney Titulización will be the adviser registered in the MARF. Banco Santander acts as payment agent and accounts bank. J
