The PP, on possible incorporations from Ciudadanos: "We are a party with open doors"

Miguel Tellado does not address the positions of the orange party, but his electorate

The Deputy Secretary of Territorial Organization of the Popular Party, Miguel Tellado, has not entered into possible 'signings' of Ciudadanos positions, but he has addressed his electorate stressing that the PP is "a party with open doors."

In an interview on 'La hora de la 1' on TVE collected by Europa Press, the 'popular' leader has stressed that what the PP is doing is "building a great political project" and that, therefore, they are not appealing to but to the citizens themselves who with their vote "decide to change the history of Spain".

In this sense, Tellado has referred to the PP as an alternative for change based on "a large social majority" that "cannot allow" the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, "for four more years."

"There are many citizens who see Feijóo as the next Prime Minister," he insisted, while referring to the polls, which he said support the party's victory in the next general election.

The national PP is already working on the preparation of "solvent teams" before the municipal and regional elections in May of next year to strengthen its territorial power and recover governments. In this process, it does not contemplate signings of Citizens although it will attend the elections with an "open" project that invites both voters of the orange party and Vox to join.

This was explained to Europa Press by the general secretary of the PP, Cuca Gamarra, indicating that her party is going to propose to the Spanish "the need to form a majority that is solid and broad enough to be able to govern with stability."
