MADRID, 13 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) -
The spokesman for Justice of the PDeCAT in Congress Genís Boadella has refused this Tuesday to assess the ERC proposal for an independence referendum in Catalonia in which the 'yes' would win with a minimum of 50 percent participation and 55 percent of votes in favor of 'yes', but he has reminded him that the consultations are won with 51 percent of the support.
ERC will submit its commitment to negotiate a 'clarity agreement' with the Spanish Government to the ratification of the militancy to lay the foundations for an independence referendum in Catalonia in the party's presentation that will be voted on on January 28 at its congress in Lleida and which will be his 'road map' for the next four years.
At a press conference in the Lower House, Boadella explained that the PDeCAT "prefers" to assess this approach when it is already endorsed by the militancy after the presentation.
Immediately afterwards, he has transferred that the bet of his formation is a "legal and agreed" referendum and that, "until now", the consultations "are won with 51 percent of the votes."
