The Government finds it ridiculous that the independentistas who have fled from Spanish justice are trying to sell what is a defeat as a victory, in reference to the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union, according to sources from the Executive.

However, these sources point out that the resolution of the General Court of the EU on the immunity of fleeing MEPs is still pending, but they point out that it could take place around the second quarter of the year, before the summer.
