The device manufacturer Honor is restructured in Spain with its first board of directors

The Chinese electronic device manufacturer Honor Technologies has restructured its main company in Spain with the creation of the company's first Board of Directors in the country since its independence from Huawei.

Thus, the firm has gone from a structure with a single administrator to a board that is chaired by the director Qiuen Peng and has Zirong Huang and Pei Huang as directors, to whom Silvia Belda is added as non-director secretary, according to the records. of the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) consulted by Europa Press.

Both the president and the directors also appear as directors and representatives of the Asian firm in other European companies such as those that Honor has in Germany and the United Kingdom.

At the end of last year, the firm increased the capital of its Spanish subsidiary by 1.5 million euros.
