MADRID, 23 May. (EUROPA PRESS) -
The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has sanctioned the companies AF Corona Boreal SA and Serbal De Abantos SL, as well as Francisco Vaquero Reoyo, for committing serious offenses defined in the securities market law.
The infractions consisted of carrying out practices that falsified the free formation of Medcom Tech SA share prices in the period between November 9 and 21, 2017.
As published this Monday by the Official State Gazette (BOE), the sanctions were imposed after the resolution of the CNMV council dated March 30, 2022 and are now published as they have been made firm in administrative proceedings, being subject to jurisdictional review by the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the National High Court.
The amount of the fines amounts to 9,000 euros in the case of AF Corona Boreal, 5,000 euros in the case of Serbal De Abantos and 20,000 euros in the case of Francisco Vaquero Reoyo.
Medcom Tech is a group of companies dedicated to the development of health technologies, which was incorporated into the Alternative Stock Market (now BME Growth) in March 2010.
