The AN studies the extradition of the alleged leader of a network dedicated to clandestine immigration from Nador to Europe

MADRID, 8 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The National Court (AN) is studying this Tuesday the extradition of Yassin S., the alleged leader of a criminal organization that, according to the Prosecutor's Office, was dedicated to the clandestine immigration of sub-Saharans, to whom, in exchange for a price ranging between 15,000 and 20,000 dirhams per person, he took from Nador (Morocco) towards Europe, using motorized inflatable boats.

This is stated in the brief of provisional conclusions of the Public Ministry, to which Europa Press has had access, in which the prosecutor requests that the delivery requested by the Moroccan authorities be carried out when the requirements and legal formalities provided for in the agreement are met. signed between both countries.

Yassin S. was arrested on August 17, 2022 in the town of Roquetas de Mar, in Almería, and has been in provisional detention since that day. It was a month later, on September 20, when Morocco demanded his extradition for the events reported.
