The National Court (AN) has admitted for processing the appeal filed by Teruel Exists against the criteria required by the Government for the installation of the headquarters of the future Spanish Space Agency, which has finally been awarded to Seville, as reported by the formation.

In this sense, the electoral group has indicated that the court has notified the State attorney and a period of ten days to present what it deems appropriate regarding the precautionary measures requested in the Teruel appeal Exists or five days in case of opting by an appeal for reversal to challenge it.

It should be remembered that Teruel Existe filed a contentious-administrative appeal against the order to call for the award of the headquarters of the new Space Agency on the grounds that the criteria set out therein, especially those relating to infrastructure, made it impossible for them to qualify for the same populations of the so-called 'emptied Spain'.
