Rufián ironizes the usefulness of King Felipe VI's speech and recalls his photo with Franco when he was a child

The ERC spokesman in the Congress of Deputies, Gabriel Rufián, has ironized this Saturday with the usefulness of King Felipe VI's speech through a series of 'memes' on the social network Twitter, where he has also published a photograph of the monarch when he was a child with Francisco Franco.

Rufián has attached a photograph of a cardboard safe, a chair with a bulging seat and a pressure cooker with two handles on the same side along with one of the monarch giving his speech along with the 'hashtag'

Rufián himself showed this photograph in September 2020 during a session in Congress and stated that Felipe VI is the 53rd Vox deputy and that Francisco Franco was the only Spaniard who voted for him.
